Processing & Shipping Times
Our processing and shipping times are such that when an order is placed for an item that is in stock it is sent for shipment within 48 hours of order receipt. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We take pride in products and ship them with the utmost care and insured. Since we opened our doors our goal has been to get our product into your hands as quickly as possible so that you can begin enjoying the item. As of 2019 99% of our customers have received their order within 8 business days of placing their order since our company opened for business.
There are times when shipping will take longer such as if an order is to be shipped outside the United States as we cannot control or account for the time the produce could be held in customs. If an order is placed for an item that is not in stock the shipping time will be 4-6 weeks due to the need to re-make the handmade item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only within 30 days of the purchase date. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
